What People Are Saying.
“I want to thank all of you for your attention and assistance in building our new home in Valley View Village. My wife Janice and I had been searching for approximately two years for this type of community in our area to build a new house in. We have lived in this area for over 35 years and it was our desire to stay in this area. We also were looking for a quality home but in a setting where we had less maintenance but was constructed with amenities available similar to our previous home. Regent Homes more than satisfied us in both areas. We now have a beautiful home with nine foot ceilings downstairs, crown molding downstairs, granite countertops, hardwood floors and fully tiled master bath with whirlpool tub. All of our maintenance is furnished and it is great to be able to play golf each weekend instead of doing yard maintenance.
It was also very unexpected when I was contacted after we had been living there a year and asked if there was anything that needed their attention that we had not contacted them about in the previous year. Rick and Brandon were great in taking care of these minor items which in most cases were touch up which I did not expect for them to take care of. I would certainly recommend Regent Homes to anyone and have in the past and even have friends at church who have purchased units from Regent Homes. Thanks again for your help.”

- Home Buying Process
Regent Homes is committed to making the home-buying process a positive, enjoyable experience. The process begins with choosing your home and follows you through to meeting any warranty needs you may have. There are 5 easy steps, and we’ll be there to guide you through every step of the way.
1) Choose Your New Home
Your personal Regent Homes Sales Agent will help you select the new home that meets your needs. Then a home site is chosen, and the building process is underway!
2) Complete the Paperwork
Your Sales Agent will prepare a Purchase Contract Agreement that contains all of the details regarding your new home and home site. Your lender will provide a Commitment Letter that says you are ready to begin construction of your new home!
3) Quality Inspection and Buyer Walk-Through
The Quality Control Manager will perform a quality inspection on your home at this stage.
You will be contacted by the Closing Department and a Walk-Through and Closing date will be scheduled. You will also be notified of the Closing location.
At the Walk-Through, you will meet with your Project Superintendent. He will walk you through a new home orientation where you'll learn about the operation of your home, including appliances, home technology, heating and cooling, warranty information, routine care and more. This important meeting allows you to ask any questions.
4) Prepare for Closing
Your new home is now complete and ready for Closing. The Closing process will take place at the specified location.
You are now ready to move into your new home.
