Our vibrant new home community, Blakeney, can be found in Smyrna, Tennessee, within Rutherford County. This new neighborhood is just minutes away from Stewarts Creek Schools, I-24 & I-840, and is only 10 miles from Nolensville.

 The city of Smyrna is considered a nice place to raise a family, with over ten parks, a public golf course, and an outdoor waterpark. It is also a town with fair job opportunities, including the Nissan Smyrna Assembly Plant, which is the largest automotive assembly plant in the country. According to the 2020 United States Census, there were 53,070 people, 18,059 households, and 12,282 families residing in the town, but that number is likely to have grown substantially over the past three years.
